Lactation & Infant Feeding Support
All families deserve holistic, individualized, evidence-based care that honors their desires, their intuition, and their babies. Starting in pregnancy, through birth, and into postpartum, the innate wisdom of our babies and our bodies should be trusted, celebrated, revered, and nurtured by those around us.
As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) I honor the delicate dance you and your baby do as you find your way together, filling in any blanks and creating a plan with you that feels manageable and aligned with your hopes and goals for your feeding journey.
SUPPORT OPTIONS
I provide virtual lactation support anywhere in the world, and in-home support locally in the following cities of California's East Bay Area: Richmond, El Cerrito, Kensington, Albany, Berkeley, Oakland, Piedmont, San Leandro, Orinda, Castro Valley, Lafayette, and Moraga. Travel to other cities will incur a service fee depending on the distance.
​During these visits, you will receive one-on-one, non-judgmental feeding support that feels collaborative, family-centered, and grounding. This support includes text and email guidance for two weeks following your session to ensure you feel confident and cared for. All services are customized based on the individual needs of you and your baby.

INSURANCE
​
I am part of The Lactation Network, which is partnered with many PPO insurance plans to get folks complete lactation coverage, prenatally and postpartum. This often covers at least 3-6 lactation consultations (including one prenatal consult!).
The Lactation Network accepts most Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Anthem PPO, Cigna PPO, and Humana PPO plans as well as most plans that utilize MultiPlan and PNOA. Please note that PNOA and MultiPlan logos will appear alongside other payers on the medical insurance card (example, Aetna or UHC). If the card includes the PNOA or MultiPlan logos, you may have coverage.

For those not covered by insurance, I require payment at the time of our consult and I am happy to provide a SuperBill upon request, to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, if eligible.​​
