BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT

Evidence shows that continuous labor support from a doula leads to better outcomes for the birthing person and their baby. I would be honored to be a part of your support team, whether at home, a birth center, or in the hospital.

I am currently taking birth clients in the Bay Area on a very part-time basis, as I am breastfeeding and nurturing my own little ones and moving at a slower pace. Please reach out so we can see if we are the right fit for one another!

All Birth Support Packages Include: 
​

  • Assistance with putting together a birth preferences outline and (most importantly) talking through how these preferences impact the experiences of labor, birth, and breastfeeding for you and your baby

  • Hands-on practice with comfort measures and positions that may be helpful during labor

  • Access to a TENS unit designed specifically for pain relief during labor

  • Phone, text, and email support through pregnancy and postpartum

  • On-call 24/7 availability from 38 weeks until the birth

  • Continuous emotional and physical support and advocacy during labor and birth

  • A few photos/videos of the birth if my hands are free (not guaranteed and not always doable)

  • Immediate postpartum support until you are breast/chestfeeding and bonding comfortably

  • Two prenatal visits with me to build our connection, talk through your hopes, expectations, and questions, and prepare for labor + birth

  • Labor + birth support

  • One early postpartum home visit for lactation support, nourishing food preparation, nurturing you as you heal, talking through the birth, normalizing the newborn time, and answering questions.

The Birth + Postpartum
Essentials Package
$3,350
Includes all of the above and the following:

  • Two prenatal visits with me to get acquainted, talk through what to expect, and prepare for labor + birth​

  • Labor + birth support

  • Two postpartum home visits for lactation support, nourishing food preparation, nurturing you as you heal, talking through the birth, normalizing the newborn time, and answering questions.
